This is not a rant in any way, as I firmly believe DSMotorsports is a good company, but i'm starting to wonder here. I ordered my eibach springs and camber kit from them a week ago, and am yet to recieve anything along the lines of a tracking number from them. I have called them(after reading the info on their site), and didn't get through, but left a message, and have emailed them, which is their preferred means of contacting, but still no response from them. I know they could be extremely busy or something, but they should be able to move faster, i wanted the parts before thanksgiving, but now i need to be concerned about not getting them before i leave for christmas since i'm at school right now. Any help on this is appreciated, especially someone that works for DSMotorsports if possible, thanks.
 
Ya I ordered a 1g DSM water return line (coolant line for turbo) from them and its on backorder so its been about 2 weeks ad still havent recived anything as of yet. Hopefully it will come today.
 
Thank you, the parts were in stock when i ordered them, but would be happy to recieve an email saying that they didn't recieve parts on time from their vendors or something. I would just like a little knowledge, i sent another email this morning with my order information in it, hopefully they will check their email today.
 
Just replied to your email, sent you the tracking # and invoice copy.

We are having shipping issues all last week since switching over from UPS to Fedex. There was about a week span in the middle where nothing was shipping out...long story..we are moving to a new location and our UPS account got shut off too early, fedex account wasn't setup right...blah blah.

Fedex should be picking up today all the outgoing packages from last week that were not shipped with USPS (I was taking as much as I could carry of smaller boxes to the post office each time to ship)

Things are just hecktic with moving the business as would be expected. Im pretty far behind on email.

Thank you, recieved your email minutes ago and understand why there was the delay. Your a good company, so I had no worries about not getting my parts.
