2G heads dont fit 6 bolt blocks, but do 1G 7 bolt heads?

I know 2G heads need drilling but what about 1G 7 bolt heads? I guess the question is are all 1G heads compatible? I dont want to drill anything.
 
Im going to answer my own question with a guess and say no they wont fit.
