I need a good mechanic!!!!

I live in Upper Marlboro Maryland and I am tired of waiting on my mechanic to get a round to finishing my motor. So if anybody knows a good mechanic that is good with a 1g awd eclipse and wants to make some money.. Let me know! I am tired of looking at all these parts in my garage and nothing getting done on my car!! Please help me..

Not sure if you got your issues worked out, but if you want a REALLY good guy go to Lonnie at LaScuola Motorsports in Randallstown, MD. He is:
1) Extremely honest about what he's willing to do and not do
2) Very good at communications (emails and answering phones, plus answering all your questions)
3) Very honest rates
4) Knows DSMs very well as he used to have an well modded 95, and currently works a lot on Evos.

He's the mechanic you probably have given up on finding.

I found him mentioned in some other threads and needed someone to take on a crappy job after DTM Motorports in Chantilly, VA screwed up my car. I took a chance and man did I luck out. It's a family run business and may seem small, but they are hands down the best shop I've ever worked with. My only issue is they're very far from me (over an hour away) but I will travel for good work.

Problem is most people want top of the line tech and service at backyard bubba's pricing. Their car rots for 5 years as a result. Pretty much why I stopped working on cars a while ago. Though I'm getting back into it now that the economy is getting better.

There is a guy in Silver spring has a shop he knows mitsu's like the back of his hand and had a highly modified TSI plus like 7 other turbo DSM's just in his back yard that he worked on and got running and sold and got more etc. You can trust his work as he has worked on my car several times.Here is the contact info and if he asked who sent you tell him BEISSEN. We had a falling out but he is good at what he does and never screwed me over so I'll send him some business.

I need someone to fix an oil leak and balljoints (possibly more suspension) on my 99 GSX. I just replaced the pads and rotors myself, but I can't figure out the oil leak.

Instead of starting a new thread ill continue this one. I need someone to help me this shift linkage crap. I might just need an adjustment but I installed a new cable and now I can't move the shifter. Side to side. I sent this from my phone so bare with me ! 240 498 5394. I am in gaithersburg md
