Funny sound at sound at idle, it's a poping sound ill post a vid it's almost like a faint backfire. Mods are wiseco evo 8 stroker pistons, Manley 1g h-beams, clevite race bearings, and bc280 cams, it jumped timimg and I put it back it,

Do you think it bent a valve or something? Even with that extra clearance from the evo pistons?

Have you done a compression check? Did you have the valves checked before putting the head back on?
Are you running an EGR block off plate? If yes on the EGR plate. Check that you might have burnt a hole in it. To check the head when it is off the block you can poor gas or any fluid into the head ports and see if the fluid leaks past the valves on the side that faces the pistons. If it does not then they are not bent.
