stock or aftermarket cams(pics)

Yes they look to be stock, The thread Bud linked above will have the info on some of them.

Keep in mind that re-grinds are done on stock cams, so the only way to know is if you measure the base circle of the lobe.

He means buy a 20 dollar dial caliper and measure them..He did it to me too.
