First start! Engine misfire! Help!

Hey guys!! Well I managed to get everything installed today and turned the key for the first time in a long time!! The car turned over on the second try! All I could hear was a lot of lifter tick!! I let it idle for a while after a while noticed that when you first start the car the RPM's will be very low and the engine will misfire! Then I rev it a little and the RPM's will sit at about 750 RPM's I will rev it and then the idle will be fine!! The problem comes when I push in the clutch! The car will be idling at 750 RPM's and I will push in the clutch and then the RPM's will go really low and the engine will start to misfire! This also creates a problem when I start the car because I need to push in the clutch in to start it up!! What could cause this! My dizzy and spark plug wires were working before they were stored for about 2 month! I really can't tell which cylinder is misfiring but it only happens when I push the clutch in! Then I tried to drive it and it will just misfire when I have it in gear then just turn off! I will try and have a video up for you guys tomorrow!! Any help is appreciated!!! I did double check the wires!! I have a 6 bolt short block paired with a stock 2g head and ross racing 8.3:1 pistons eagle rods and arp hardware! I also have a kiggly crank trigger sensor!

Ok guys a buddy of mine is telling me that it is not a misfire!! Heres a video of what its doing!!!

First start problem diagnosis- YouTube

Anyone have a clue???
