Need help identifying this cams, pics included.

I have this two cams both have a big letter B on them. The intake side has 5 dots next to B. The exhaust has 3 dots. They both have id numbers on a side: the intake looks to be- 202242358 and the exhaust is 202201330. I measured the max lift on the intake cam lobes and got 1.394 to 1.396( but my micrometer is not all that great, so it might be wrong) Also there is a whole bunch of # on them that i put on the pics. What are they. Need help please.

Respect to those who has time to help.
Thanks.

Now measure the base circle of the cam and multiply that by the rocker ratio and you have valve lift

But unless they are regrinds, they are some sort of factory Mitsu cams.
