Oil squirter bolts?? Size/Price

I was quoted a whopping $21.95 for EACH oil squirter bolt for a 6 bolt. Are these special bolts or can I get some hardware store version of them and some crush washers? Can someone post up a pic or some details on this? Thanks!

They are special bolts. I would pick up a set used from dsm graveyard or mitsubishi grave yard. Your also going to need 8 new crush washers to go on both sides of the squirters
