Well I have the head taken apart. I labled everything where they came from in ziplocks and a sharpie. Well I found out that sharpie will easily rub off on a ziplock. So I dont know where the valves went. Should I just put them back in, or reset them in?

as long as intakes go with intake side and vice versa you should bo ok as long as you lap them in during reassembly.

And how would you lap them? I belive I know what that is I just wanna be sure I am doing it right. Sorry I am kinda a newb when it comes to doing things like this.

You need to go to a parts store and buy some valve grind compound and use either a suction cup type valve laping tool or maybe a piece of vacuum hose on the stem side of your valve and with some compound on the contact area of the valve go back and forth with the valve seated in the head and the compound will wear down the head slightly to a proper mating surface.
