Keep in mind I have a HAHN Stage 2 kit on a 99 GS.

I have my EGT gauge hooked up and today when i was driving down the highway I would hit 1600 degrees very easily at 5 and 10lbs of boost. I would hit 1600 degrees at like 5500 RPM in 3rd gear. I then got out of the car and turn the valve all the way in (which should be running extremely rich), the same effect as above occured. It seems as if I can't get any enough fuel to the engine so it doesn't hit 1600 degrees. I could very easily get it past 1600 to probably 1800 at red line.

Any thoughts?

Where is your EGT probe located?

You say it's happening at 5 and 10psi. does it move towards 1600 quicker at 10psi then 5psi?
 
or you don't tune by EGT that does nothing, you want to watch air/fuel (the stock one is some what ok but a WIDE BAND o2 is idel) or atleast knock, injector pulse, timing. I had my egts wound way past straight down getting close to the begging of the word pyrometer, a litte knock but was running rich by wideband o2 readings, I say get other meens of data collecting such as what the "computer" sees and is doing or go to a Dyno and spend the 60-80 dollars for a few FWD pulls and look at there WIDE BAND o2 that is how you should tune, I know of someone around here that ran EGTs of 900C and was still rich on o2 by the Wide Band but was happy with the power he got. Also do you have a rising pressure FPR one that when in boost you get 1 pound more fuel pressure for every pound of boost? hope this helps.

It moves quicker on 10psi. The EGT probe is on the farthest right exhaust outtake on the 420a.

Today I pulled a spark plug and it was white. Which tells me its running too hot cause by being lean. Could the plugs being shot cause the engine to run lean? Since there isn't enough combustion for the engine to run at high boost levels.
 
I've had that happen with more than one HRC "kit" using that crappy regulator they come with. Is your fuel pressure rising to what it is supposed to? One guy I know ended up switching to a standalone, and the other switched to the Vortech regulator. Both guys are much happier now.
 
Are you saying that you are turning the fuel pressure up to make it richer? That only works up to a point. Higher fuel pressure makes the injector spray pattern narrower.
 
At 120+ PSI on injectors designed for ~40 PSI, spray pattern has long been forgotten. They're stuck static open above 90 PSI or so.

(Makes the cars a ##### to "tune".)
