Ok so I am at a dead end road here. I had the motor rebuilt and it started burning oil so I figured that the turbo took a crap on me. Got a MHI small 16g and still have the same problem. Is there anyway to burn up oil through the head cause I didn't change anything on the head?

Thanks guys... :talon:

check you PCV valve, also your valve stem seals might be shot. If you are running a oil catch can make sure the lines running to it are not pinched in anyway.

I just replaced the PCV valve like 4 months ago. I have looked everywhere for leaks and can't find anything and no catch can... I will have to check into the seals, thanks!!

Replace the pcv again, just because its new doesnt mean it working like it should.
and is a pcv like a couple of bucks from kragen anyways

Was it an OEM PCV? The aftermarket one (autozone) I tried to use recently leaked worse than the worn out OEM valve I had.

Check to make sure the valve cover breather that goes to the intake pipe is connected and not blocked/clogged.

Could also be valve guides/valve stem seals in the head like tonster said.

Good point, I will swing by and grab a new PCV valve tonight with another quart of oil :( .

I am not sure if it is OEM or not I think it is Fram from Checker Auto store and I have a small filter on the breather to I can see the amount of oil in there and there is not too much at all.

I just thought of this. Make sure your oil return is not clogged. Also, have you checked the turbo for in and out play? Its not uncommon for turbos to fail early.

Well the reason that I replaced my t25 was this. I thought that the turbo seals were crap so I got the 16g and I am still having the same problem.
