Cams & WA emissions

I live in CA now but I might be moving to Washington state. There's no way I'd pass CA emissions with cams (say 272s) but I'm wondering if I could pass in Washington?

I haven't been able to track down any specifics on the emissions testing to compare vs. CA.

Also, do they care about things like a sheetmetal intake manifold?

I just moved here from NY and everyone is telling me that WA doesn't have emissions. Or if they do, it's not regulated.

I live in WA, and we have emissions. I would not worry about passing because with cams/cat whatever. There are sooo many ways to beat the sniffer, retard your ignition, fuel additives, etc.. etc.. dont worry about it. I have no cat walboro 255 no fp regulator ran pig rich at idle, but retarding the ignition moves the flame front twoards the exhaust making egt temps hotter, burning cleaner. The car runs like crap, but just put yourself to the testing facility and pass.. then set ignition back to 5-8 degrees.. very simple, and for others with a much different setup there are fuel additives that work great many friends I have use them, cant think of any particular.. hope this helps.

i also live in washinton. supper easy to beat the emmision. there are no emmision laws in some areas of washington.

Your zip code determines whether you have to do emissions testing.

If Anomoly can pass with no cat, I should be fine

I still have my old downpipe & cat that I can hookup easily.
