Car smoking....new turbo is it the culprate?

Ok replaced all the front seals on the motor
replaced the valve stem seals
Turbo has 100miles (non contaminated oil)
Compression is 155+ on all 4 cylinders
Catch can is on the car (Pcv valve one side and nipple to valve cover on the other)

Only thing i think it can be is the turbo possible being a piece of shit. Their was some oil residue on the exhaust side of the turbo when i had it off and non in the manifold that I could tell.

So is to much oil pressure from my filter housing causing oil to seep past and smoke or is my turbo just taking a shit?

Yes too much oil pressure could be your culprit. I see as much as 100 psi at the oil filter housing on a cold start on my car. You might need a restrictor on your feed line to bring the oil pressure back in check. On my fp 3052 if i was going to feed from the filter housing I would need a .8mm restrictor to lower pressure levels to an acceptable number.

Typically on new exhaust housings there will be an oil coating to prevent rust while the part is not in use. That coating will burn off the first few times you drive it.
