Well this is my first time making a catch can and I have an idea where I want to put it but not sure if there is a better looking design I can make. I started making card board templates and these are rough ideas so the final design will change slightly. I guess what I'm asking for is input how to make one of these things haha. I know there should be some kind of baffles going on inside so I can catch the oil and not just blow it all over the engine bay, but in not sure where to place or how they should look. Tips ideas and anything else is appreciated.
Ps. Calan???

I like the first one. I made a similar one for my 1g. Filters hadn't been added yet in these pics.

I like the first one the best. It flows really nice with the IC pipe.

Hey Blitz that's a nice looking can. How did you come up with that design? I have no idea what else to use other than cardboard and tape. Any advise is appreciated. I am leaning towards the first design as well.

I used a piece of filler rod to get the contour of the strut tower and traced it over to the piece of aluminum. I made the top piece first to make sure it fit in the car then pretty much made the rest on the bench.

First looks good, but how do you bend the aluminum?
Third pic looks good too. Great long outside corner joints!
