ok so i got a new transmission for my 4g63 engine 7 bolt.. its a 92 talon n/t and i just found out the transmission is from a 99 eclipse.. that being said everything bolts on but the flywheel isnt connecting to the starter:ohdamn::ohdamn:. its about a quarter inch away from eachother... anyways i'm stuck. do i get a get a new flywheel, a new starter, or spend another month n a half looking for a new transmission, or is there something else i can do? please help :pray:i'm tired of being on foot..:cry::cry::cry:

Hope you can get your money back. You can't just drop a 99 trans into a 1G. Requires a LOT of modifications. Did you swap the flywheel as well? You MUST use a nonturbo fwd flywheel with your car and youMUST use a 2.0L transmission from a 90-94 DSM.
