I have a few quick questions about O2 Housings and Exhaust Manifolds. I was looking into the Evo III O2 housing and the Evo III Exhaust Manifolds, both ported and the exhaust manifold with the runners ported also. However, which should I get flanged for a Tial 40mm wastegate and how much do you think it would cost to get it flanged? If you are wondering, I am planning on getting an FP Green turbo, so I know I need to have both for my exhaust flow to be good. Help me out if you can because it will be much appreciated.

One more thing... if anyone knows a place with pretty low prices on these things, please tell me. SBR has got really good prices on the O2 sensor housing and exhaust manifold, but Im not really sure how much a 40mm Tial WG costs or where I should buy it from. Thanx for the help!

What kind and size turbo-back system are you planning on running? I've heard that the EVO O2 housing causes some fitment issues if you don't have a DP that is made for it, something about it getting too close to the oil filter. Personally, if I was going to run this setup, I would get a tubular O2 housing that's flanged for the Tial and just be done with it. RnR has them in 3" for like 240.
Check into Turbotrix as well, they sell the manifold with the flange and WG as well as a tubular O2 flanged with the 40mm. Problem is they are kind of expensive (725 - 815 and you would still have to buy either the manifold or the O2 to finish the setup).

After doing a little searching around myself, here's the best I could come up with. I couldn't find any EVO O2 housing that were flanged for the Tial:

EVO manifold fully ported from Slowboy = 290
Tial 40mm from Slowboy = 350
3" Aluminized Tubular O2 housing from RnR Racing with flange = 240 (Ryan can also make sure that this housing will work with whatever the rest of your setup is, just be prepared to wait a little for it)
Total = 880 for the whole setup
