Chipped ECM

Hey guys, brand new to DSM's, just picked up a 90 RS-T Laser for cheap. I plan on a complete rebuild and build up, but first things first. Car came with a fried ECM. NP, just get a new one. But the guy I'm ordering from gave me a few options. Stock, or chipped stage I, stage II, or stage III. Car is still completely stock, so should I just get the stock one or go right ahaid and upgrade. Will that cause any problems while I'm upgrading because the car is not completely modded out, or will it be fine?? Sory for being such a newb. Can't help it. Thanks for the help in advance.

We'll need to know where you're ordering the chip from, and what the options are for the different stages.

Also, search around here for "eprom" "tmo" and "keydiver." That will turn up a lot of chip information.
