Car help good buy?

Would this be a good buy for $7,850, also how much horsepower would it put out and what kind of quarter mile times can I expect?

The turbo is rated up to 30 psi I think and one more thing with the mods in the 6-bolt how much horsepower will it hold, and is there two many miles on the body for the price?

I agree, I wouldn't buy a modded car, too many problems can arise, you don't know if they knew what they were doing....
