Ok, I see 2 types of bypass valves on ebay. One is just a filter that will always be open, which is stupid for cold air intakes. The other is the AEM bypass valve. Is this an actual valve that will be closed unless the regular filter sucks up water? That would be what I want (this is for my custom CAI that I have already built). Thanks!
