1. If I replace my catalatyic converter with a straight pipe, will that do any harm to my engine or anythingelse?
2. I may buy a bolt on and off of ebay so I can take it on and off when I please. Will switching back and forth from a straight pipe and a cat. converter do any harm to my computer or anything else??????
3. If anyone did this to their dsm motor, can you tell me how much louder your car is or how much improvement you think you gained if its worth it....etc

Thanks for all the help

-You posted in the wrong section, this's for turbo car.
-With a test pipe, you'll most likely lost bottom end power. I'm not sure if a 2G N/A has a 2nd O2 sensor by the cat, that might trigger an CEL.
