SAFC and N20

Hi, my girlfriend has a NT eclipse with N20 on it. I was just wondering if it is possible to tune the N20 with a datalogger and SAFC? I figured since the SAFC has two modes that you could tune one mode without N20 and the other with it. What you think? Thanks!

Yes. However, nitrous kits will usually do a good job of supplying the proper fuel when they are called upon. The AFC would allow for fine tuning, but you could only maximize one thing at a time. What I did on my Laser was tune it on turbo only, write down the settings, then tune on nitrous, and do the same. If I wanted to run the car on turbo only, I would enter my 'motor' tune, and vice-versa if I wanted to run nitrous. Now, on a N/A car, the only thing that you can tune that will make any substantial difference is timing. I think an ITC would be a better tuning tool because you can run aggressive timing on motor, and then take the timing out of it and make more power on nitrous. In all fairness, it's not really worth it on an N/A car. How fast can it be, you know? Save your money and put it towards a platform with better potential if you are really concerned with going faster.
