Ok new idea for the GST

Okay, after a lot of thinking....I dont want 400HP in the 99 GST anymore as I see that I would need to rebuild the bottom end and I dont want to. Now I would like to get between 250 to 300HP daily out of the GST. Can I do this on the stock bottom end? If so, is there a kit any of you all recommend? Or a particular turbo? I would prefer a kit but if I could get some help with the needed parts I would be okay I think. Thank You.

250-300 where? Wheels? Crank? You can get 280 out of the crank with the T25 with proper tuning. 280 to the wheels is different.
 
Look at a 16G or t-28 turbos. You will not be unhappy with either one until you get the need for more power.

You have a 7-bolt 4G63. providing you don't get crankwalk;) your engine is actually capable of producing 450 CRANK hp on a stock bottom end, as long as you have the proper fuel to accompany the boost, it is all good.

For you, why not get a 20G and a big FMIC, with that you'll get some lag and that is pretty good for a FF car. 6-bolt engine can handle even more HP on the stock bottom end, just make sure you tune the car and you can make ALOT of HP

I would go for the Big28 for your hp needs and being a 2g you got direct bolt-on potential.
