Use the tuning guide in the beginning of this site it will work well for you. However basically a 16G a 2G manifold (or port yours out) port your O2 housing and 3" downpipe and exhaust with a test pipe. FMIC a fuel pump and some 550cc injectors will give you a good start.

On a Auto car changing the turbo is needed as you have a different turbo than the 5 speed cars, as well your cams are different. Obviously changing to a larger turbo is going to help, but the 5 speed cams would be a great idea.
 
Not that the 14B is a waste of time cause it's a good turbo, however if your going to change it why not go bigger? A 16G is sooo cheap now there's not much point to buying a used 14B when a new 16G can be had for not a lot of $$$.
