Hey guys, on my friends 92 talon to tune the idle its just above the valve cover there is a screw to tune the idle... On mine there is a big bolt in its place, is it under the bolt maybe? Mines a 90
 
it should just be a screw, possibly with a rubber plug covering the hole....

I guess it's possible the previous owner lost the BISS screw and just threaded a bolt in place....although if that is the case, I'd suggest going to a mitsu dealership and buying the screw, oring and plug asap.
