Your Opinion on 264/264 cams

I'll just go with your thread title and work from there. ;) The 264/264 HKS cam combo ( assuming you are refering to HKS ) is a good setup for stock heads/intake manifold. On a 1G I would recommend a 264/272 combo because of the better flowing head. Stick to 264s for a 2G head unless you get it ported. Go all 272s for a ported 1G head. From all the discussions on which cam is best, the general majority is in favor of HKS, although Crower cams do get the nod from a good group of DSM'ers. Good luck! :thumb:

would 264's really be worth it on a 7 bolt with minor mods? Like fp big 28 and supporting mods?
