I have a 93 3000gt vr4 that I have been building for the last several years, and since I am considering a turbo upgrade using turbos that are popular with dsm's, I felt I should ask you all for your thoughts.
I am currently running twin td05 18g's, and am considering either 20g's or maybe twin greens, or other possible choices.
My question is, how do you think those turbos will work in my application, considering I need two, and each will be fed by only 1.5 liters of displacement, rather than 2 liters, as in the 4g63?
There have been others who have gone the twin 20g route, with good success, but I am more concerned with getting the big top end power with quick spool characteristics, yet I would like to stay internally gated, and use the mitsubishi bolt on turbine housing, unless there is a better hybrid alternative.
I've visited most of the shop sites, so I am familiar with most of the current offerings.
I am sure this question will get your minds turning.
Thanks in advance for any info.
