why is venting bad

You draw air in through the mas (counting it) it goes through the turbo and into your pipe.

Now what happens when the bov opens (which is actually quite a bit of the time when you are not at wot)? That counted air gets lost. The ecu doesn't know this though and still puts in fuel for it making you run really rich. The car may die during shifts and will get bad gas mileage.

hey thanks for that i would have been mad after i welded the hole on th intake shut, but again thats why i use this site.

thanks

not a problem.

There are ways to vent, just not with the stock air-metering system.
