(WTF) 1st Gen BOV Mounting

I have know idea why it did that guys. I appologize for the 50,000 posts. I just bought a 1st Gen BOV and was wondering if there was a cheaper way to mount this rather than buying the mounting plate for 15 bucks. Just seems like I should be able to make something myself to get this thing on there. Anything to use from a hardware store? JB weld maybe? Or if not where is the cheapest place to get the flange? Any ideas are apprieciated. Thanks!

Thats the cheapest way, however if I was you I would pick up a complete new upper ic pipe. Dave Brode makes one.

If you're going to have trouble making up the fifteen bucks for the T adapter, your days as a DSM owner are numbered. In single-digits.

Buy the dave brode pipe, it's cheap, easy to install, more power. Best upgrade I have done yet.
