I just went for a pull in my car at the highway. My EGT is no longer working coxz the probe has been poorly welded... so I am telling you my A/F by the Apexi timer. I am boosing about 18psi on the AGP T-28 which has a TB03 compressor. STOCK INJECTORS. Walbro 255 LPH High Pressure pump. 3rd and 4th gear pulls, WOT my Timer blinks RED saying I'm running under 10.0 A/F... Does this sound right ? I replaced my o2 sensor about 10,000 miles ago.

You could be...the problem is your injectors...you need bigger injectors...thats right...bigger injectors.

The problem is that, one, your knocking. Plus your injector duty cycle is probably 110% your really pushing them. And the computer is just trying to give it as much fuel as it can. When you get bigger injectors, the duty cycle drops conciderably and the computer does a much better job at matching the fuel instead of trying to keep you from destroying your motor.
