greddy IC pipe kit carb legal?

Most likely. Greddy's American parts, are supposedly if they are smog legal they are carb legal. But Intake doesn't effect emissions am I right?
 
But, depending on where you are at (I see you are in Cali, i feel for you. :( ) They will fail if you if it looks aftermarket and you don't have a CARB sticker for it. Call up Greddy to see if it is carb exempt and they have stickers that come with it.
