Quick Fuel Pump Question

Alright I got the Walboro 255 fuel pump and now I'm trying get it in and I can't get the bottom fuel line off. So my question is how does the bottom fuel line come off? I see the threads but after tryin and tryin to break I'm wondering if thats the wrong way. Then someone said you have to get under the car to get it, but what do you have to do that brings you under the car. Please reply if you can be any help at all, thanks
