Suggestions for a custom down-pipe?

I'm setting up my '90 Talon AWD for race-only. I want to buy or make a 3" down pipe that will connect to the turbo/ eliminate the O2 sensor housing and end pointing rearward under the engine/trans. The waste gate exhaust can dump straight out with no pipe at all. I don't need a flex connector since the rear portion of the system won't be there.

Does or can anyone build a system like this? If not, can I buy a turbo flange to build one myself? Any ideas would be appreciated...

Make sure the wastegate passage has a pipe pointing down, you DO NOT want all that heat just going out into your engine bay..
