90 ecu

Is a 90-94 FWD ECU the same as a 90-94 AWD ECU?? I was just wondering because i have an extra FWD and some one needs an AWD. Just wondering thanks for any input.

the 90 ECU's are different from the 91-94's. and as far as i know,the AWD ECU's are the same or very similar to FWD ECU's,because i've seen each work on both cars.

The FWD ECU have a speed limiter on them at 135mph...I think.

If they do then mine is broken cause i've done 145 with my FWD Laser... you never know tho its old things can break.

Ease,

no speed limiters on 1g's. they were only on 2g turbo fwd's,and it was 130mph.
