If I put a 1g 7 bolt or 6 bolt block in my 2g talon TSI (FWD) will the car run fine and just wont perform to max. Or will it act funny at idle and other times if dont hook up dsmlink or some kind of other tuning device? Do you need the dsmlink for this swap to be runable and is their a chance of not needing it and what other tuning devices are their that are cheaper?

your post makes absolutely no sense, you need to learn some punctuation. your car will run just like stock if you perform the swap correctly, you will need no external tuning device while its stock.

there was absolutely no point in you posting that, you were wasting server resources. the server this site runs on,uses bandwidth, every time you post or whatever it uses up a bit of that. we need as much as we can get so the site runs smoothly, theres no reason to waste it.

But what do server resources have to do with "badwidth" you were talking about in your first post? I know all about bandwidth, but "badwidth" is a new term for me. So are you trying to say that your response about wasting "badwidth" isn't a waste of bandwidth? Or your description of bandwidth(from the perspective of someone with very limited computer knowledge) isn't a waste of bandwidth in the same manner?

Hell, maybe my original post was a subtle jab at the poster for wasting bandwidth by posting the exact same message in 2 separate forums? Good thing you didn't waste bandwidth clicking on the link to figure that out before you typed in a bandwidth wasting response :thumb:
