Injector Cleaning

I am putting in a new coil pack today and while taking off the fuel rail I noticed theres a black spot of something in one of the injectors. Not sure if that really does anyhing bad, but I'd like to clean all the injectors just to make everything run good. Anyone know of a way I can clean my injectors?

I will take a picture of the injector for you all to see the spot.
