I know this has been asked before but I couldn't actually find the thread with the answers I needed so I'll just ask again. Does anybody know how to tell which RX7 injectors belong to the Turbo II version. I know some year had the low impedance ones and some other the high impedance ones. A friend of mine has a stack of rx7 inyectors but the turbo and non turbo are mixed up. Some have a yellow connector and others have a brown-tan connector. Anybody know what the ND part number is. I mean the code# stamped on the side of the connector???
Thanx a lot

Mine happened to have a pink top but I don't think I have the code wrote down anywhere to help you out. They def. need to be low impedence type, like around 3 Ohms.

Good luck.

I'm buying 5 injectors(just in case an extra one) really cheap. They have a brown connector and an impedance of 2.3 ohms. I cpuld only make a comparison against the stock injectors at a friends shop in one of those injector cleaning machines and these injectors would fill the vials faster than the stock ones so I definetly am sure now that these are the turbo II 550cc's.
thanx again:thumb:

yeah,i think thats what they are,at whatever the stock fuel pressure is,i'm sure you can up them..

Grab your multimeter put it on OHM's and touch the two prongs and check the reading. If its 2-4 Ohm's then it's the right stuff.. If it's 10-15 ohm then sell them to your Honda buddies..

They look like these? Denso # 195500-1370

Thanx man, your post was really helpfull. Those are the injectors I got. Now help me out with something, I've noticed these injectors are slightly longer than the stockers. Do I need to modify anything to make them fit on the fuel rail?????
Thanx again

i run them in my car. no modification needed. they slide right in.,... the rail is a lil harder to put in. but they work. i love mine
