Need help with removing oil filter housing....

[JZ 97 SS 1500]

Hey guys my oil filter housing is broke and I'm trying to remove it. I have all the bolts out but one. It looks like that one bolt is under the freaking crank pulley and dust cover. How the heck do I get the crank pulley off, is it a 2 piece , and do I need a special puller to get it off??? Also can I get the dust cover off or enough out of the way to get to that bolt once I get the crank pulley off. Anyone had to replace the oil filter housing and has any tips?? BTW this is a 95 TSI AWD...
