Sorry don't know where to post this, but i want to say how important it is to attach the ECU back to its original position for proper grounding. i took my ecu out to hook up a VPC and just kind of laid the ecu on the passenger carpet. Big mistake, the ecu didn't like it and decided to throw code 44 (Coilpack failure). Not only that, the base TPS value fluctuates from 0-10%. I spent an hour swapping good coilpacks and TPS. Finally gave up and mounted the ECU back to its original position. Vee Yo La (excuse my french), no more error and TPS stays solid. Hope this will help someone on tracing dreaded coilpack error. Good luck.
