white smoke coming from muffler

I have white smoke coming from my muffler. I was told it is the seals on the turbo but you guys are the experts so i trust you more. What could be going on, its the stock turbo right now with 154,000 miles on it. It is in desperate need of a rebuild, does anyone know where i can get a kit from also?

White smoke is water being burned. It could be the seals on the turbo. Since it is much cheaper to replace the worn out turbo with one that in better condition, I would try that first and see If the problem abates. www.dsmtrader.com has good deals on used 14b's that you could swap out. If the problem continues then maybe you should look into your headgasket.
