Toronto,
I'm planning on swapping the stock throttle body with a 1g throttle body, at the same time port the intake manifold to 60mm, and also port the exaust manifold and O2 housing to match the 2.5 downpipe.

The guy who's doing it is going to charge me $250 for everything.

Just want to know if it's worth it or not, will the gain be significant, is the price reasonable.

The exhaust manifold and O2 housing porting will help out alot if you have an aftermarket exhaust system. This should reduce spool up time and improve overall flow. I can't speak for the intake I have a ported one sitting in my garage but I haven't installed it yet.
Port O2 housing $50 typically
Port Exhaust mani $60
Port Intake mani $60
$170 Port work TOTAL

$80 for TB install (a bit steep)

If he's supplying you the 1G TB too, you got a hell of a deal. $250 doesn't seem terribly unreasonable though. I might offer him another $40 and get the turbine housing ported to match the manifold.

He's also taking the parts out of the car to get the porting done, and them putting them back in.
