Okay my turbo Talon is not running like it should i took my non turbo talon put in a Turbo motor with only half the wirring harrniss but it ran fine until I upgraded to a trim56 turbo 680 inj and a upgrade fuel pump
now at about 3000 rpms it fills like ether my rev limter kicks in or somthing like that now thats only when you get on it if you drive normal its fine someone said that the computer is reading boost spike and shuting it off please help
 
does it happen all the time, under partial throttle, full throttle, you cant be hitting that much boost at 3000rpms with a 56 trim. you have a logger right what does that say is going on, i think maybe we need some more info onto what is actually going on.

Oh this wont help but when i used to have a 240sx i had 13:1 C/R with not enough fuel modds and it would feel like that at about 5,000 rpm under full throttle, i never did figure it out, i got tired of it and sold to my friend.
 
I dont have a data logger but its sound like fuel cut to me to but thought I should have anouf fuel and you right im not pushing as much boost as i was with my old setup if the fuel pump is only a stage one pump would that be the cause but i dont know. ohh yeah Im tring to hook up a/f gauge but i cant get a signal from the O2 sensor could that have any affects any info will help

The English language has this thing called periods. Use them.

Now that that is solved:

List your mods. All of them. I'd be willing to bet you don't have some sort of fuel control device, or you are not tuning it properly. That sounds like a very rich condition, which is not allowing you to rev.

It is not fuel cut. Not with a 56 trim at 3000 pri.

The ECU can't sense boost, so whoever told you it was sensing spikes is dumb.

what is a stage one pump? you could be overrunning your fuel system because there is just to much damn gas in there, If you dont have any fuel control to lean it out. Just my 2cents
 
Okay I will use periods so you will be happy. I have a buschar fuel pump that I ordered from mach v it is supposed to hold up to 360 hp or up to 22 psi. I have no fuel contoler of any sort. What I do have is a K&N filter injection kit that the filter has been smashed and has a fitting to make it fit the trim 56 turbo, upgraded to 2 1/2 intercooler piping, 1st
gen bov and smic, a home made boost contoler and 680 fuel injectors. Ohh im glad I amuse you. :thumb:
 
HAHAHA. You don't know anything about your DSM, do you?

You can't use fuel injectors that HUGE without fuel control. The car is running VERY VERY rich, that's why it sucks at everything.

Now, we just need to work on your spelling.

ita a mirical that your car even starts with 680s and no fuel control, if u really thought that you could run 680s without fuel control then you really dont have a clue

untill u get fuel control of switch back to stok injectors your ar isnt going to run right
i would think people would have enough sense to look into what they are doing instead of just throwing parts on their car and expecting it to run right

You are right. You cant put letters in order to create legible sentence text or structure. He cant put parts in order to create a properly running car. This is like a blind guy trying to fight a guy with no arms
 
well u obviously read and understood what i said if u can make a smart ass comment about it, and you being able to read it makes it legible, so ur remark contridicts itself
this isnt engilsh class, its a tuner forum, i could care less about sentence structure and puncuation, u can understand what im saying, if your that worried about it maybe you should be in school instead of posting here

The only point I want to make, and its even scarier than people runing 680s with no fuel control, is vendors rating a fuel pump by psi. My 14b at 22 psi used to flow about 28 lbs/min. My current turbo (tdo6h/gt3040) flows ~44 lbs/min at that same boost (with more mods). Thats double the fuel requirement, and double the power. I cant beleive that in this day and age a vendor, especially for the smart bastards in the DSM camp, would ever rate a pump by boost pressure... Its mind boggling.
