i need sum help.im doin a turbo 1G swap

i have a '92 N/T eclipse 2.0 with a manual trans. im tryin to put a '90 2.0 turbo motor that was hooked to an auto trans....wut all do i need to change to make this swap work? will my N/T engine harness work on the turbo motor? will my trans. work with the turbo motor? will my MAS work with it?.......i need to find answers to these Q's soon so wumone please help me out.....Thanx Alot Troy
