Can a 2g head be ported so it's equivalent to a ported 1g head or is there only so much that can be ported from a 2g head that it won't compare to a 1g

heads can only ported so much. but if youre gonna invest money for porting to a 1g why dont you just buy a 1g head? also why dont you go bigger than a 1g? it is good but not as good as you could get.

In the end, the 2g head can be ported to flow more than the 1G head. However, this is pretty much a race only need, costs a huge amount, and will not net you ground breaking power without the proper setup.
