First off, I want you to know that I am a newbie here. I don't know a whole lot about cars, but I am trying hard to learn. Here is my question. I have a 1993 Plymouth Laser RS 2.0L non-turbo. I was looking around for a nice turbo to bolt on. I found one that looks like a great deal off of e-bay, but again, I don't know much at all about turbos. Do you think this one would work in my car?
"This auction is for a fully ported & clipped 20G turbocharger from Forced Performance. The turbo has a TD05H turbine housing upgraded with the larger 20G compressor wheel, and has a 7cm exhaust housing. It is also internally wastegated, so there is no need for an expensive external wastegate. New from FP this turbo will cost you $1,175.00. "

If this would work, what else would I NEED to have installed too?
Thank you very much for helping me out!!!!

Nope!

On a normal turbo DSM w/ the motor that comes built for boost.. it's still too large of a turbo w/o all the nec supporting mods. Almost every NT DSM that I've seen w/ a turbo (or NT motor dropped into a turbo DSM) do not hold up well to boost at all. Best bet is to sell the car & buy a fatory turbo'd DSM.

If you're dead set on turboing your car... try to get all the stock parts off of a turbo dsm. Warning it gets real expensive real fast. You'll need turbo motor (NT motor won't last), turbo, exhaust mani, oil & water lines, oil pan, front water pipe, ecu, wiring harness, intake mani, injectors, cams, fpr, fuel pump (or upgrade), intercooler, intercooler piping, ect....... I'm sure I left some part out.
