can i use this piping?

i have aquired what i believe is a star intercooler core but dont have the piping with it. I was thinking about how i could make piping for it to fit on my galant vr-4....either having a muffler shop make me some press bent crap or buying this crap, jc whitley mandrel bent tubing found here http://www.jcwhitney.com/product.jhtml?CATID=14721&_requestid=55994

could i use that and couplers and be ok?

You'll want to get them beaded so the couplers don't blow off.

beaded as in having beads welded to the edges? can you even weld these pipes?

Yes, and I don't know. But if you don't I don't think it will hold.

i wonder if i could flare out the pipe ends with pliers just enough to hold the clamps on to hold under boost

Or you can put a bead of JB Weld on. It'll hold up fine on the intake side.
