FWD turbo speed limiter

Anyone with info please post. VFAQ says to find r255 and r256 and removed them...well I only could find r256(is there no r255?) so I removed it. Yet my car still governs when I hit 130. Has anyone just clipped out pin 86(Vehicle speed sensor from the ecu connections for the same results?

for all intensive purposes, my gst is a 99. I've tried reading off the ecu form the '95, but it's completely different.

I dont know if you checked this yet but AIR has dont it so you could om him and ask him if it works or not..peace

yeah I've checked that thread before. he doesn't say which resistors, nor does his ecu look like mine.
