mods are kn...3 inch turbo back.....255lph....550cc...evo III manifold ported...o2 housing ported...big 16g ported clipped......2 1/4 upper i/c pipe....safc II.....act 2600...findanza flywheel....
240 whp
228 torque
air/fuel was about 11.5:1.....but i discovered a major problem....my fuel pump sending unit fuel line was kinked....so i was running real lean at top end.....i replaced the sending unit and its now fixed but i ran out of dyno time.....how much of a difference in whp might this make.....plus im about to install my br fmic......how much hp is a fmic good for.....

thats about where u should be at, kinda depends on what ur boost is set at, and ur safc setting(i dont know anything about afc settings though), ur car has about 155 all wheel hp stock
an fmic really isnt going to give u any hp on the dyno, a fmic is an air to air ic, it only cools when ur moving and air is getting pushed through it, that could be another reason y ur numbers might be a little low, if the dyno run was in mid-day heat ur ic was doing pretty much nothing when sitting still on a dyno, when u get the fmic put the most powerful fan u can find in front of it to blow air so the ic can actually do something

this was done at 15psi....once i install my fmic im going to run 18psi.....my main goal this summer is to hit a 12 sec. pass.....even if its a 12.99 ill be happy as hell.....i pull 1.82-1.85 60 ft but can only get a best of [email protected] hoping with the dyno tuning and the fmic i can hit a high 12......

I personally would have thought you'd be higher than that also. I have about the same mods you have and I'd be really dissapointed if I didn't hit 270whp.

Your traps speeds look low for the mods you have also. I think you should be trapping aroung 104-106mph.

JMHO though.

well it being low is probally a combination of ur car not being tuned good enough, and it getting nothing but hot air cause its sitting still on a dyno, was it a hot day when u dynoed it? alot of people dyno their car at a show outside on a 106 degree day(not to imply u did) and wonder y they didnt get the hp they expected, try spraying ur ic down with c02 right before each dyno pull next time, it will cool down the ic which will in-turn col ur air, as i said ur ic does absolutly nothing when sitting still on a dyno, and that could account for a good ammount of power loss, espicaly it if had a chance to get heat soaked, i know my car feels slow on really hot days and when my stock ic gets heat soaked, but it runs fast whenever its cool, like at night

it was dynoed in a shop in a 85 degree day.....how about my 11.5 air/fuel.....is that good for pump gas.......or is this to rich......the tuning was done by a dsm shop called a.m.s........there located here in chicago.......www.automotosports.com.......heres the web site if anybody wants to check it out.........

THey know what they are doing and do great work! I got my FJO from them. 11.5:1 is where I have my car tuned at for pumpgas. I wouldn't be all that dissapointed with those #'s for only 15psi. I would get a logger as your next step to see what king of timing your getting and whether or not your knocking. I'm guessing Martin dyno'd your car?

yah martin dyno'd my car....hes actually the one that discovered my fuel pump sending unit line was kinked when the pump got exchange for a 255lph.....so i made 240whp at 14psi with a real lean top end.....now my car has a new sending unit and has no restrictions.....i just never got to get back on the dyno after my fuel problem was fixed so i should be making more power....im surprised you know about martin all the way in texas....he is a badass tuner.......

Yeah, Martin is a really nice guy and won't do you wrong. They know there stuff at AMS :) One of the better DSM shops in the country if you ask me.

how much did you pay for your wideband kit.........and whats a good air/fuel ratio for 112 race gas......11.0/1....or leaner than that....

im sorry 11.0/1 is actually richer.....i mean 12.0/1.......is this lean for 112 or can i go leaner........

If you have a safe tune, you can get away with 12.8 or 12.9 on C16. Not sure about 112 octane. My car actually gives me more timing when i'm a tad richer, otherwise it wants to knock (atleast on pumpgas).
