3" downpipe with cat eliminator

okay, i was thinking about getting a stainless steel 3" downpipe with eliminator from ebaymotors and i noticed that they dont have a 02 sensor mount. my question is. . . doesnt the 2gs have a second 02 sensor at the catalytic convertor? if so, what should i do about it since this downpipe doesnt have the mount? also.. isnt it also true that a 3" flange wont meet up with my stock cat back exhaust?

The second O2 sensor is after the cat, not on the downpipe. Any properly made aftermarket exhaust for the 2G will have a socket for the O2 sensor. Why are you looking at getting a downpipe while you still have the stock exhaust?

because the cat back exhaust wont be coming for a lil' bit due to funds. but i couldnt pass up on this cheap deal. i just blew 1400 on my dsm for a new clutch, head, t/bs belt, h20 pump, etc etc.. so.. yeah..
