this wednsday im taking my 92 laser (awd) to little rock (arkansas)
to "POLK PERFORMANCE" , and for $3600 they are fully building the block all forged, with higher compression Je's and forged crower rods.
clevite rod berings , good main berings, and everything fully balanced and blue printed, then theyre doing a stage 2 p&p job on the head!!
i cant wait. my 95 talon tsi is just fwd, better lookin body, but the other is a big talked"1st gen" and AWD, so i chose that one instead to get built. mainly because its awd. i suggest anyone thats close or from arkansas to get on their website, www.polkperformance.com

You guys would absolutely sh!t yourselves if you have seen some of the things that have come out of Don's shop. Ever seen anyone run a 150 shot on a stock block GSR and it last through 2 years of constant trips to the track and daily beatings? Don's littel nitrous powered Porsche there on the homepage is nice as well. There is the 10 sec FWD laser, that was 2 years ago and the car is under reconstruction now. His brothers T66 powered 4G64 AWD, his T72 BB powered 2.3L AWD (still needs time to tune it), my 156mm long Rod Pauter/Ross 4G64. All the tubular suspension parts and K member on curt brown car are from Don. I believe Big Woo's short block is from Don as well.

Don has great prices, they are absolutely the fastest shop I have ever seen as far as labor goes and turn around time is concerned and every single person that works there is an all around good guy.

I give them the as well.
