Why go one range colder with NGK's?

why should i go with the NGK BPR7ES's instead of the BPR6ES's? what are the advantages of them being one range colder?

Less heat retention in plug.

which means less chance of pre-ignition, if I understand correctly.

But 6s will be fine until you start cranking up the boost, IMO.
